I’ll go ahead and give you the synopsis of what’s going on in the new movie via this trailer.

Remember when Jason Bourne said “No more!” to the killing and general appliance badassery on behalf of the US government in the The Bourne Identity, The Bourne Supremacy, and The Bourne Ultimatum? Well he lied straight to our faces. *Spoiler*  That jump off the New York City building into the ocean at the end of Bourne Ultimatum was actually his snickering J/K.

Because he’s putting aside his past beef with the CIA to do battle with terrorists in Iraq. Phew thankgoodness he’s finally on our side. Wait what? The government is screwing him again? Surprised Jason? I’m not. Run kick punch your way to retribution…for the fourth time you gullible bastard.

Or maybe this is the prequel to the Bourne movies and it shows how David Webb aka Jason Bourne was turned into Jason Bourne…except they’d somehow have to work in a time machine into the plot so that his training actually came “before” Iraq but in reality came “after”.  Haha time travel. Works every time.

And of course I’m going to see it.
